Quality Control Specialist Sr.

About This Role

Lead analyst activities within the Georgia Tech football program, collaborating with junior positions to break down opponent schemes and create detailed reports, playbooks, and game plans. This role involves significant interaction with student-athletes, coaches, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with defensive/offensive/special teams staff in the off-season to plan, create, and implement philosophies for the football team
• Assist in the creation of the football playbook, synthesizing input from each position coach
• Assist defensive/offensive/special teams staff in creating a game plan and strategy for each opponent
• Assist with grading after each practice, inputting and editing video, and opponent scouting
• Participate in defensive/offensive/special teams meetings, breaking down opponent's game plan and schemes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of job-related experience
• Ability to work outside typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five to seven years of job-related experience

Nice to Have

• Previous coaching experience in intercollegiate athletics
• Knowledge of intercollegiate athletics operations
