Lead quality excellence initiatives, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Implement and manage quality systems compliance to ISO standards and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality excellence initiatives and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance
- Implement and manage quality systems compliance to ISO standards and utilize best industry practices
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes across the organization
- Assess the current quality management system, identify future state needs, and proactively develop and implement an improvement roadmap
- Facilitate and maintain quality management systems and ISO-related programs, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Ensure regulatory compliance for electronics manufacturing, including RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals
- Apply strategic planning tools to align quality vision, mission, and goals with organizational strategy
- Implement quality practices in design such as APQP and PPAP to ensure customer satisfaction and product conformity
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and components
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure quality requirements are met throughout core business processes and the product life cycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
- 5+ years in quality assurance management or similar role in electronics
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Six Sigma, Lean, APQP, 8D)
- Deep expertise in Product Development Processes (PDP) and applicable quality requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, quality management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance management or a similar role in electronics, audio-video, data network, automotive, aerospace, medical or semiconductor industry.

- Experience with Agile PLM, Jira, and Power BI
