The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of designated public areas within the hotel, ensuring a positive guest experience. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks and assisting guests when needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows
- Empty carts of soiled linens
- Clean/wax floors
- Remove and dispose of trash, insects and debris
- Empty ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves)
- Assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience and customer service experience preferred
Nice to Have

- Open availability (weekdays, weeknights, weekends, holidays)
