The Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the Hilton Salt Lake City Center, ensuring outstanding guest service. This role involves various cleaning tasks and responding to guest requests.
Responsibilities
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, and wash windows
- Empty carts of soiled linens, clean/wax floors, and remove/dispose of trash, insects, and debris
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves)
- Assist in delivering guest requests and cleaning guest rooms, as needed

- Availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays
