Property Manager

About This Role

Manage the operations and financial performance of a property while fostering strong client and resident relationships for Bozzuto. Lead a team to achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals for the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and be a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of Bozzuto
• Execute sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals
• Manage the financial performance of the property
• Create and deliver timely and accurate financial and operational reports to clients
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and loyalty with all constituents
• Maintain expert-level competitive marketplace intelligence
• Partner with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction that yields outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and community reviews
• Inspire the professional growth and development of all team members
• Assist team members across various tasks as needed

Requirements

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
• Strong leadership track record
• Impeccable client and customer relationship track record
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred)
• Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sharp professional appearance

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
