About This Role

This Project Manager IS role involves planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of project work from bid to completion, ensuring safety and effective communication. The role focuses on securing customer orders, developing sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction for HPC Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Secure customer orders for HPC to achieve revenue targets through direct selling and value-add solutions
• Develop sales plans that support profitable revenue objectives
• Serve as primary liaison between customer and HPC operations in resolving service issues
• Monitor account activity to ensure defined customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
• Cultivate quality relationships laterally and above primary contact to retain clients and win referrals
• Review project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing, and resource allotment
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of a project and arrange for personnel recruitment or assignment
• Support customers during implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship, seeking feedback
• Perform effective communication of account activity and requirements with all support staff
• Develop, present, and execute sales and marketing plans for each existing account
• Coordinate, organize, and present business reviews and planning meetings as specified by contract schedule

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in the chemical/Petro plants
• Managed multiple crews per shift
• Effective at cost planning and schedule execution
• 7 years industrial cleaning environment with 3-5 years project management experience
• TWIC card
• Proven ability to operate, maintain and troubleshoot industrial cleaning equipment
• Prior project management/supervisory experience with proven leadership skills
• Ability to research, plan & follow-up leads to secure business
• Proven well developed teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and team facilitation
• Well versed in technical writing and verbal communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution
• Ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems
• Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
• Industrial Services work experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• 7 years industrial cleaning environment with 3-5 years project management experience

Nice to Have

• Project management experience to include management of bid proposal to successful execution of the project
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment
