Project Management Lead

About This Role

Manage and deliver cross-functional initiatives for 1P Retail Operations and Technology, serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver cross-functional initiatives through all project stages, from initiation to completion
• Serve as a conduit between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical details into clear action plans
• Break down complex issues into manageable components, employing systematic approaches to execute solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Product Marketing, and Retail Design to ensure seamless project execution
• Drive the implementation and development of retail systems, including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demo technologies
• Curate and present project status, risks, and progress to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a Direct-to-Consumer electronics retailer, manufacturer, technology, or premium hospitality company
• Proven competence with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike) and general productivity software (Microsoft, Apple, GSuite)
• Deep experience with the implementation and development of retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, Demo)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a Direct-to-Consumer electronics retailer, manufacturer, technology, or premium hospitality company.

Nice to Have

• MBA or other advanced degree
• PMP, Agile, or similar advanced project/portfolio management certification
• Ability to leverage AI in daily work to boost efficiency and productivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
