Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing engineering projects, acting as the liaison between project management, planning, and line management. Review project statuses, budgets, and schedules, while developing solutions to address project issues to ensure productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
- Review status of projects and budgets
- Manage schedules and prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Requirements
- 6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
- US Citizenship Required

Nice to Have
- Proficient in data processing and analysis using Excel, Access, and material management systems
- Familiarity with material planning, material management workflows, and Fleet Sustainment operations
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices related to ship modernization and repair
