Project Coordinator

About This Role

Assist the Marketing Services Team with CRM marketing projects, working with strategy, creative, and email production teams. This role involves managing project resources, guiding clients, and ensuring timely project delivery for a variety of brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project resources to ensure deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables
• Assist Customer Success Managers in guiding clients through the support process, customizing deliverables and dates
• Participate in internal meetings, ensuring client requests are ticketed and contain sufficient information
• Track all tasks in the project management tool and partner with internal teams for sufficient resourcing and on-time delivery
• Identify and address roadblocks preventing timely project delivery in collaboration with internal teams

Requirements

• 1+ years working in a project management role
• 1+ years working with a marketing team or serving marketing as a client
• Strong project management and accountability skills
• Experience with routing feedback and assets between different stakeholders
• Track record of great communication between teams or clients

Qualifications

• 1+ years working in a project management role and 1+ years working with a marketing team or serving marketing as a client.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with marketing programs and methods (marketing plans, strategic recommendations, A/B testing, execution, reading results)
• Superior written skills, epic organization, email etiquette, and communication skills
• People-person with good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, Trello)
• Experience working in an organization with multiple cross-functional teams
• Self-starter and motivated
