Project Architect

About This Role

This Project Architect role provides high-level production support to an architectural firm's leadership, driving projects from Design Development through Construction Administration. The position focuses on technical execution and comprehensive production of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate working drawings and contract documents with precision, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all phases.
• Leverage advanced Revit proficiency to manage complex models and coordinate with engineering consultants.
• Apply a deep knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and fire protection standards to resolve technical challenges early in the design process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project management and external consultants, ensuring schedule alignment and quality control.
• Conduct job site reviews and manage Construction Administration (CA) workflows, including RFI responses and submittal reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent accredited degree
• High-level fluency in Revit
• Strong grasp of construction detailing
• Knowledge of jurisdictional code requirements
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
