Project Architect

About This Role

Manage high-end single-family residential projects from conceptual design through completion, acting as the primary client, consultant, and contractor liaison. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented Project Architect with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from conceptual design through completion
• Develop design concepts into high-quality Construction & Permit Drawings
• Act as the primary client, consultant, and contractor liaison throughout the design and construction process
• Coordinate and manage consultants and their work
• Meet with authorities having jurisdiction during permitting and respond to comments as needed
• Perform construction administration both in-office and on-site

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional working experience in an architecture firm
• B. ARCH or M. ARCH Degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in REVIT
• Knowledge of state and local building and zoning codes
