As a Project Architect at DIALOG, you will translate design visions into reality through technical excellence and ensure the quality of designs, documentation, and construction. This role involves client engagement, team leadership, and driving continuous improvement in design processes, contributing to the well-being of communities and the environment.
Responsibilities
- Turn collective design vision into reality through technical excellence
- Elevate design quality through quality control and management processes
- Build a culture of design and quality amongst the team
- Provide leadership and direction to advance collective knowledge
- Innovate quality of design through consensus based on expert knowledge of project design and construction processes
- Develop sustainable, resilient, and innovative solutions
- Oversee the development of construction documents of various project sizes and typologies
- Engage with and manage clients during project design and development
- Manage project budget, resources, and schedule
- Perform internal quality control reviews for all disciplines
Requirements
- 10+ years architectural design experience focused on technical delivery
- Registered Architect
- Excellent communication skills to engage and lead various project stakeholders
- Expertise in BIM and Revit workflows
- Proficiency in developing project specifications
- Experience engaging with and managing clients during project design and development
- Experience managing project budget, resources, and schedule
- Excel in cross-discipline coordination and project development
- Excel in performing internal quality control reviews for all disciplines
- Proficiency with analogue (hand) and electronic forms of visual and graphic communication
- Leadership experience in establishing scope and directing the work of professional architects and technical staff on multiple projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years architectural design experience focused on technical delivery
