About This Role

This role is responsible for the overall planning, direction, and success of large, multi-year programs, systems development, and technology initiatives. The Program Project Manager III will define and negotiate resources, establish technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs, playing a critical role in supporting missions and agency needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level leadership and oversight for execution of the SCAMPI System of Systems (SoS) support contract.
  • Exercise full responsibility for contract performance, including cost, schedule, scope, risk, and resource management.
  • Serve as the principal contractor representative and trusted advisor to the Government Project Manager and COR.
  • Direct and integrate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors supporting engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and installation activities.
  • Establish and maintain program plans, performance metrics, and governance processes to ensure contractual compliance and mission success.
  • Lead risk management, issue resolution, and corrective action efforts; proactively identify and mitigate programmatic and technical risks.
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of all required program reports, briefings, and data calls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and executive-level quality.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security policies, and Government standards across all areas of performance.
  • Support strategic planning, continuous process improvement, and customer engagement activities in support of long-term program objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline
  • Fifteen (15) years of professional experience in program/project management
  • Current active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass background checks and/or drug testing
  • U.S. Citizenship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline
  • Fifteen (15) years of professional experience in program/project management

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AV Management in government contracting

Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) (Required)
