Serve as a Program Manager for a federal Records and Information Management (RIM) program, overseeing contract execution, personnel, and service delivery. This role ensures compliance with SOW requirements and acts as the primary contact with government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall program and project management for a federal RIM support contract
- Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders including the COR and Program Manager
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple concurrent tasks ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and performance requirements
- Supervise contractor personnel including onboarding, scheduling, task assignments, and performance management
- Develop and maintain project schedules, task plans, and deliverables
- Prepare and submit monthly status reports, progress briefings, and management reports
- Track technical progress, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with contract requirements and government policies
- Support invoice review, labor hour tracking, and cost reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Library Science, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of project or program management experience supporting Federal government contracts
- 2+ years of supervisory experience managing contractor personnel
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with senior government stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Moderate Risk clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Library Science, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of project or program management experience supporting Federal government contracts, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting Records and Information Management or information governance programs
