Program Manager (Tech Governance Framework AI)

About This Role

Manage complex programs and operations within a tech governance framework, leveraging AI tools for process optimization and reporting. This role involves developing and iterating governing frameworks, automating processes, and leading project evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and iterate governing frameworks and reporting mechanisms, including data collection and analysis
• Utilize AI tools to automate, enhance, and scale governance processes and reporting structures
• Create regular updates (monthly/quarterly) on progress against goals and priorities for executive audiences
• Evaluate program/project requests to determine alignment with organizational goals and identify opportunities for synergy
• Analyze program/project requirements to develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs, business operations, and technical constraints

Requirements

• 12+ years managing complex programs/projects
• Proven ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining organization and control
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools to build, optimize, and scale business processes and reporting structures
• Practical experience automating governance and reporting using AI
• Analytical & Data-Driven Problem Solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, project management, or related field (preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in program management and operations (contract or full-time roles)

Nice to Have

• Process Improvement Methodologies: Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile certification or practical experience
• Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or support operations
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders across locations and time zones
• Practical experience with AI, particularly in leveraging it to scale governance mechanisms
