Program Manager

About This Role

The Program Manager will lead a dynamic network engineering team, ensuring systems meet customer requirements and timelines, and serving as the single point of contact for contract performance. This role involves close collaboration with customers, project integrators, and engineers in a unique mission space.

Responsibilities

• Lead team project execution.
• Plan and direct the timely and successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
• Track and report program metrics: Cost, Schedule, Technical, Operational, and Quality.
• Ensure systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Create, review, and maintain programmatic and technical artifacts.
• Manage resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks.
• Establish training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program.
• Prepare and present briefings, white papers, use cases, and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making.
• Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day
• Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise with Network Engineering management and design
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with collaborative project management tools
• Experience managing global dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management

• Understanding of the customer and the Intelligence Community
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.
