About This Role

This Program Manager will lead CDW's internal coordination for the LA28 partnership, aligning teams, managing deliverables, and fostering collaboration to meet strategic objectives. The role ensures seamless execution across all internal components of the program, driving results for this high-profile partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure internal processes and standards are consistently applied across the program
  • Track program budgets, consolidate financial data for leadership, and analyze budget-to-actual variances
  • Validate program scope and estimates, assessing impact of changes and developing mitigation strategies
  • Continuously align program scope with CDW’s business goals and recommend modifications for effectiveness
  • Identify risks within CDW’s internal landscape, assess impact, and implement mitigation plans
  • Coordinate dependencies across all program work streams
  • Proactively manage internal resource allocation, optimize schedules, and resolve constraints
  • Develop and own the program communication plan, consolidating updates for internal stakeholders
  • Take full accountability for program outcomes and fiscal responsibility to CDW
  • Build trust through strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Infrastructure Project Management
  • 5+ years of experience in leading significant Microsoft or Advanced Technology projects across all solution areas
  • Significant success leading projects with enterprise or strategic customers
  • Working knowledge of one or more formal project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project/Office
  • Ability to take accountability for projects and their results, be fiscally responsible and lead teams to meet project success factors
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business or computer related field or equivalent experience
  • 9 or more years of experience in delivering quality Infrastructure Project Management
