Manage and supervise Program Associates within a children's residential program, designing and implementing community support services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Ensure successful supervision of a diverse team and contribute to developing client independence and community participation.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and supervise Program Associates within their program
- Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate community support services that help people live as valued, contributing and self-determined members of their community
- Possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to successfully supervise a diverse team
Requirements
- BA in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Recreation, Art, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Nutrition, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries
- Prior management experience
Qualifications
