The Program Manager will lead and provide management oversight for an Intelligence Community open source, single award, IDIQ contract. They will ensure effective contract and program management, oversee Task Order performance, and manage all technical and operational functions while controlling resources to complete deliverables and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead management oversight and transition an existing contract
- Implement effective contract and program management for total contract administration, process visibility, and resource control
- Manage and oversee Task Order (TO) performance
- Provide oversight of all technical and operational functions, planning, organization, and control of resources
- Ensure sufficient qualified staffing to achieve timely and successful completion of TO efforts
- Be the primary point of contact for communications with the Customer's Contracting Officer's Technical Representative
- Monitor, control, and mitigate contract and program risks
- Prepare, schedule, and present required reports and reviews
- Plan and execute an incoming program transition from the incumbent contractor
- Draft a Program Management Plan (PMP) and a Quality Control Plan
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance with Polygraph
- 10 years of related work experience
- 5 years of PM experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to staff a task order with qualified personnel
- Experience managing a dispersed Linguist/Exploitation workforce (CONUS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of related work experience, with 5 years of program management experience
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community, especially with open source products
