Assembler I

About This Role

This Assembler I position involves inspecting and assembling electronic components, assemblies, and subassemblies according to written instructions and diagrams. The role supports the 2nd Shift, working Monday to Thursday, with a 10% pay premium.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect electronic components, assemblies, and subassemblies
• Follow specific written instructions, diagrams, routing instructions, and process sheets
• Use appropriate tooling and machinery
• Verify and inspect products to ensure conformance with requirements
• Perform rework as needed

Requirements

• Assembly experience in manufacturing environment
• Inspection Experience
• Written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED

Nice to Have

• Circuit card manufacturing experience
• Ability to identify electronic components and properly orient them into a circuit board
• Ability to follow written instructions and interpret assembly drawings
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of ORACLE and Factory Logix (FLX)
• Ability to interpret and understand process sheets, prints or route cards
• AOI Experience
• IPA Experience
