This Assembler I position involves inspecting and assembling electronic components, assemblies, and subassemblies according to written instructions and diagrams. The role supports the 2nd Shift, working Monday to Thursday, with a 10% pay premium.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect electronic components, assemblies, and subassemblies
- Follow specific written instructions, diagrams, routing instructions, and process sheets
- Use appropriate tooling and machinery
- Verify and inspect products to ensure conformance with requirements
- Perform rework as needed
Requirements
- Assembly experience in manufacturing environment
- Inspection Experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- Circuit card manufacturing experience
- Ability to identify electronic components and properly orient them into a circuit board
- Ability to follow written instructions and interpret assembly drawings
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of ORACLE and Factory Logix (FLX)
- Ability to interpret and understand process sheets, prints or route cards
- AOI Experience
- IPA Experience
