This role involves maintaining accurate records of government, company, and contractor-owned property and ensuring compliance with regulations. The individual will conduct inventories, coordinate transfers, and prepare reports to support the Asset Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations
- Maintain records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed
- Coordinate property transfers
- Conduct periodic property inventories
- Prepare reports of property status
- Ensure accuracy of all customer owned material in applicable systems and through physically verification, including monitoring of data and performing regular physical inventories
- Ensure compliance to company policy, procedures and government FAR & DFAR regulations regarding customer and government owned material
- Perform internal compliance audits for Customer & Government Inventory
- Perform inventory adjustments and system transactions that have financial impact to customer and Government inventory per work instructions
- Train co-workers on requirements of compliance with customer regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of applicable professional experience
- Strong demonstrated command of Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload independently
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehousing environment
- Ability to operate hand jack and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to work overtime as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of applicable professional experience

- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook skills and experience
- Oracle experience or equivalent ERP Inventory System experience
