About This Role

The Program Coordinator II will manage projects and provide administrative support for the UK Physical Therapy department campus located in Hazard, KY, focusing on operations, classroom and laboratory management, student admissions coordination, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and support administration for the UK PT department campus location at the Center for Excellence in Rural Health in Hazard
• Oversee operations expenditures, including materials, supplies, and equipment expenses and compliance
• Coordinate internal campus travel
• Manage classroom and laboratory, including inventory and faculty coverage
• Coordinate specialized admissions and new student interviews
• Handle internal and external communications
• Provide instructional support, including faculty/examination procedures and IT support coordination

Requirements

• Master's degree
• 3 years of related experience
