This role involves partnering with Technical Program Managers to ensure timely hardware delivery to cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing allocation requests, distribution logistics, budget, forecasting, and procurement, while collaborating with the Logistics team for fast shipping.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware to cross-functional teams on time
• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics efficiently
• Support budget management and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage procurement and track Purchase Orders diligently
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure fast shipping
• Manage multiple programs concurrently, maintaining high standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
• Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally
• Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors, and time zones
