This role delivers high-level support to executive leadership, providing strategic and tactical expertise on critical programmatic and operational challenges within a dynamic and fast-paced customer environment in McLean, VA. The Program Analyst Consultant will drive business process improvement, project/program management, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights, managing priorities, and supporting decision-making.
- Coach junior contractors on customer processes and share SOPs with incoming officers.
- Conduct research, gather data, and deliver insights to support executive decision-making and organizational practices.
- Drive strategic initiatives across customer components and the enterprise, promoting collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement processes to align customer resources with strategic priorities.
- Optimize business processes and track key meetings, briefings, and engagements to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and update onboarding/offboarding SOPs.
- Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives from start to finish.
- Define, organize, and streamline project and program processes, including knowledge management workflows.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and programs (Visio, Project, Publisher, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel)
- At least 5 years of experience with executive-level support within the IC
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track, prioritize and manage several tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly technical, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with corporate task tracking systems, such as Task-It.
- Proven ability to design and implement efficient processes for task management, document control, and event coordination.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree
- 15 years related experience with a Master's degree or 17 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience with executive-level support within the IC.
