About This Role

Join WestRock as a Production Team Member to operate manufacturing equipment, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to the production of sustainable paper and packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions
• Operate various manufacturing equipment
• Follow specific directions
• Operate hand tools
• Take ownership of and pride in assigned areas
• Ensure customer products meet company quality and packaging specifications
• Ensure and maintain current standard operating and troubleshooting procedures

Requirements

• Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment
• Ability to follow specific directions
• Ability to operate hand tools
• Ability to lift, push or pull ~50 pounds on a routine basis
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to walk, stand, bend and kneel throughout a shift
