Supervise production operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, problem-solving, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment with respect to equipment, facility, and process through education and constant vigilance
• Perform shift supervision duties including scheduling work, allocating resources, resolving problems, and providing direction
• Complete necessary paperwork weekly to measure productivity and efficiency by analyzing and compiling information
• Build and promote a team environment among supervisors, management, and staff with open and transparent communication
• Encourage joint problem solving and individual development

Requirements

• High School Diploma and trade-based education, certification or apprenticeship program
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and trade-based education, certification or apprenticeship program
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in printing, flexography, and converting operations
