About This Role

This role involves overseeing the efficient use of resources, materials, and labor to execute the master production schedule, optimizing operations, minimizing costs, and maximizing productivity and customer satisfaction. The Production Planner will review and establish production schedules to meet customer and company needs.

Responsibilities

Understand overall capacity loading requirements and needs of the factory
Establish and review the production schedule to ensure customer commitments and the needs of Plexus are met
Monitor production schedule performance and inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels to maintain the production schedule
Resolve challenges through detailed instruction, policy and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of related experience
Computer experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Google Workspace
Ability to learn Plexus Data Collection and MRP/ERP systems

Qualifications
