Production Planner

About This Role

Plan and manage the production schedule for an international automotive parts manufacturing company, ensuring production goals are met and inventory levels are monitored, while coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan the production schedule according to sales forecasts, customer orders, and logistics situation
• Monitor the inventory level and solve issues if necessary
• Ensure effective communication with other departments regarding production schedules and production goals
• Manage the production flow and adjust schedules in case of delay
• Review and analyze the production flow, and prepare reports
• Monitor the safety procedures of production lines
• Ensure products meet quality standards under the current production schedule

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning in manufacturing setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people and in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing setting

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience with PLEX
