Production Planner / Coordinator

About This Role

Support manufacturing operations as a Production Planner / Forecasting Coordinator, focusing on production planning, forecasting, and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient scheduling and timely product delivery while also managing front desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing forecasting and production planning
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports using Excel Pivot Tables
• Enter, extract, and manage data accurately
• Review open order reports and material receiving reports
• Track batching dates and ensure product manufacturing ETAs are met
• Coordinate with internal teams to support production timelines
• Work the front desk: receive clients, answer phones, and respond to emails
• Order office and operational supplies as needed

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

• Previous experience in planning, forecasting, or manufacturing support preferred
