Production Associate

About This Role

As a Production Associate, you will be a crucial part of manufacturing operations, ensuring timely availability of quality products for customers. This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to directly impact people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production (machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment
• Set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition
• Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions, and repairs
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality
• Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities
• Repair and clean equipment when needed
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
