Production Associate

About This Role

The Production Associate will be a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes to create high-quality dairy products. This role ensures quality and safety standards are met while operating machinery, packaging products, and handling raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others
• Complete tasks by deadlines and adapt to changes quickly
• Multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follow the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
• Operate machinery and equipment
• Package final products

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications

• 6+ months of work experience in any industry

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of food manufacturing work experience
• Forklift experience
