About This Role

The Production Associate is responsible for loading, unloading, and masking components on the production line, ensuring efficient part movement to assembly lines and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and mask components onto the production line
• Pull parts according to requests made by assembly lines
• Remove parts and deliver parts and kits to specified departments
• Arrange parts in racks and place racks on assembly line conveyor
• Follow work instructions
• Provide support during process
• Clean metal surfaces for contamination such as grease and dust
• Utilize different materials
• Wear designated PPE
• Maintain a clean work area
• Maintain assigned tools
• Start and stop the line when necessary
• Lift parts up to 50lbs
• Stand and bend for extended periods of time

Requirements

• Ability to follow work instructions
• Ability to lift parts up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good understanding of quality control principles

Qualifications

• Starting pay is based on experience, potentially requiring some prior experience for higher rates.
