Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience, with a demonstrated ability to clearly articulate impact, decision-making, and outcomes
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including tracking, reporting, and workflow management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Background in financial services or similarly regulated environments
• Highly proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for tracking metrics, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement
• Exceptionally polished communicator who can collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to support release activities on weekends 1-2 times per quarter
