Gyde is seeking a skilled Product Manager to spearhead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for their AI-driven platform. This critical role involves translating client pain and business strategy into a scalable product, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Value Creation to bring AI agents from concept to revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with Engineering and Design to ensure building the right things
- Drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and make hard prioritization decisions
- Identify high-value use cases for AI agents and automation with Value Creation
- Ensure AI capabilities are productionized, reliable, and embedded into real broker workflows
- Track performance, learn quickly, and iterate aggressively with a bias toward impact, not output
- Align executives and stakeholders around product direction, scope, and sequencing
- Serve as the connective tissue between business goals, technical execution, and customer needs
- Stay relentlessly close to brokers, end clients, and internal operators to understand real pain points
- Validate solutions through proof-of-concepts and fast feedback loops
- Define success metrics for every major initiative
Requirements
- 8+ years of product leadership experience
- Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps
- Strong product judgment
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information
- Deeply analytical, but equally strong in qualitative customer insight
- Exceptional communicator who can drive alignment without relying on authority
- Builder mindset
- High standards for craft, clarity, and outcomes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, AI-first products, or regulated / workflow-heavy industries
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, AI-first products, or regulated / workflow-heavy industries
- Experience leveraging AI tools to quickly test, iterate, and validate product concepts
