This role involves supporting customer care functions by configuring and managing various communication solutions like Amazon Connect, Genesys, and LivePerson, documenting requirements, and building strong cross-functional relationships. The Product Manager will prioritize multiple tasks while leveraging their IT and product management expertise to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage phone, chat, chatbot and AI solutions such as Amazon Connect, Genesys and LivePerson
- Document requirements and specifications
- Balance multiple priorities effectively
- Build cross-functional relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- 3 years as a Product Manager or BSA
- Knowledge of SDLC and Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Consultant local to California
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/MS) in information systems, computer science or related discipline
- 3 years as a Product Manager or BSA, with at least 5 years of overall IT experience
