As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for Customer Success technology solutions, with a focus on Salesforce and surrounding technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving the success of our ERPs.
Responsibilities
- Act as Customer Success in IT, possessing deep business acumen, CSM subject matter expertise, and technical process
- Collaborate with the Product Management Executive Director to identify business opportunities that can drive the success of our ERPs, including pricing strategies and build/buy decisions
- Ensure that product decisions align with organizational goals and objectives and program success criteria
- Actively monitor and collaboratively manage the CSM enhancement and bug fix backlog
- Proactively evaluate CSMs for areas of improvement
- Assist in the identification of customer requirements and translate them into actionable epics and user stories
- Serve as Product Owner for scrum teams across areas of assigned accountability
- Help to remove obstacles to effective and efficient product and program delivery
- Dedicate time to learning and research to stay current with the latest technological advancements and industry trends
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Success teams, IT teams, and end-users
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant product management experience
- Extensive Salesforce domain knowledge, especially as it relates to CSMs
- 3+ years working with stakeholders in a business environment, working across cross-functional groups
- Experience delivering enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Fusion, PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Technical understanding of data pertaining to Enterprise Business Applications, ability to gut check technical feasibility and timelines, and remove technical development barriers
- Experience managing tech in a SOX and SOC1 environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant product management experience and/or extensive Salesforce domain knowledge, especially as it relates to CSMs, and 3+ years working with stakeholders in a business environment, working across cross-functional groups.
