Lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered tools within Resy's B2B hospitality platform. Apply intelligent tools to help restaurants and wineries grow and motivate their teams, operationalizing AI capabilities across the product suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered tools within the B2B hospitality platform
- Help restaurants and wineries focus on staff and guests by providing intelligent tools
- Operationalize AI capabilities across the product suite, applying them innovatively
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and internal partners
- Design scalable and secure capabilities for a complex SaaS ecosystem
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience applying AI capabilities to real-world product use cases
- Comfortable working with technical systems and platforms, including APIs, data flows, and scalable architectures
- Comfortable navigating compliance, security, and risk considerations in enterprise or regulated environments
- 3-5 years of experience in digital product management
- Strong track record of delivering technically complex products
- Ability to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, from discovery through launch and iteration
- Experience building tools for operational users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer workflows and operational pain points
- Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital product management
