Product Demonstrator

About This Role

This role involves completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintaining product knowledge, and professionally engaging consumers. The Associate will prepare and serve products, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and achieving execution targets.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies
• Intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner
• Maintain an overall professional appearance consistent with job requirements
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances and knives
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals
• Properly set up and prepare Event Table for execution
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel
• Accurately prepare and submit all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution

Requirements

• Ability to gain knowledge of products presented
• Desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers
• Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances and knives
• Ability to maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry level with one to three months related experience and/or training preferred
