Join a dynamic team at JPMorgan Chase to drive transformative change by optimizing processes, elevating customer experiences, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting process improvement initiatives across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of training programs on process and task mining tools combined with AI to analyze processes and implement improvements
- Collaborate with project teams to support process improvement and organizational change initiatives while creating and leveraging process models and maps
- Assist in project planning and execution, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables
- Support cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development
- Work with Process Improvement Managers and Program Managers to craft and deliver compelling narratives to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Science
- Experience in developing and implementing training, process modeling/mapping, process improvement, data analysis, or project management
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional client management and executive-level communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities, including data mining and analysis
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in relationship building
- Experience in supporting diverse teams
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and adapt
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, or Data Science
- Experience in developing and implementing training, process modeling/mapping, process improvement, data analysis, or project management.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with digital process tools and AI systems
- Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools including process modeling and mapping
- Understanding of agile methodologies and change management principles
- Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Systems thinking for complex processes and optimization
- Customer service principles for process improvements
- Working knowledge of, or exposure to business intelligence software such as Tableau or Alteryx
