Private Client Experience Specialist

About This Role

This role supports the JPMorgan Private Client team by delivering exceptional service, managing client inquiries and onboarding, and assisting bankers in deepening client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with exceptional service by delivering a seamless client onboarding experience
• Own inquiries from start to finish and complete servicing requests as needed
• Support Bankers in deepening client relationships by taking client inquiry calls
• Assist with analyzing client’s banking relationship and conducting business calls with Bankers
• Develop expertise in the JP Morgan Private Client product offering
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking needs including identifying banking solutions
• Prepare deposit sales presentations and verify the identity of clients
• Assist Bankers with marketing activities such as sending approved client gifts or inviting clients to events
• Leverage product knowledge to uncover opportunities for deepening client wallet share and raise to aligned Bankers

Requirements

• 2+ years of financial services experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional client service to an affluent client base

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of financial services experience.

• Experience cultivating relationships through delivering Deposit Banking, Home or Business lending needs
