This role supports the JPMorgan Private Client team by delivering exceptional service, managing client inquiries and onboarding, and assisting bankers in deepening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with exceptional service by delivering a seamless client onboarding experience
- Own inquiries from start to finish and complete servicing requests as needed
- Support Bankers in deepening client relationships by taking client inquiry calls
- Assist with analyzing client’s banking relationship and conducting business calls with Bankers
- Develop expertise in the JP Morgan Private Client product offering
- Assist clients with day-to-day banking needs including identifying banking solutions
- Prepare deposit sales presentations and verify the identity of clients
- Assist Bankers with marketing activities such as sending approved client gifts or inviting clients to events
- Leverage product knowledge to uncover opportunities for deepening client wallet share and raise to aligned Bankers
Requirements
- 2+ years of financial services experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional client service to an affluent client base
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of financial services experience.

- Experience cultivating relationships through delivering Deposit Banking, Home or Business lending needs
