As a Private Client Banker, you will be the primary contact for affluent clients, managing their banking relationships and growing balances. You will acquire new clients through referrals and collaborate with specialists to offer comprehensive financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients
- Actively manage client banking relationships through an advice-based approach
- Partner with specialists (e.g., Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers) to connect customers with experts
- Enable clients to use self-service options for account access
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
Requirements
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
- Successful completion of SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of starting role
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualifications
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, relationship cultivation, and revenue generation
