Private Client Banker

About This Role

Serve as the primary contact for affluent Chase Private Client customers, managing their complete banking relationships and driving growth. This role involves proactive engagement, client acquisition, and partnership with specialists to provide tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients
• Actively manage client banking relationships through an advice-based approach
• Partner with specialists (e.g., Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers) to connect customers to experts
• Facilitate client convenience by sharing and setting up self-service banking options
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Requirements

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
• Verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• 1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
