About This Role

Join Optum's The Corvallis Clinic as a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide general outpatient primary care
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
• Handle minimal call – telephone only

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
