Join a clinician-led care organization as a Primary Care Physician, providing comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting in Rialto, CA, and contributing to the advancement of community health.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care in outpatient setting
- Conduct consultations and follow-up appointments
- Perform well-checks and schedule screenings
- Comfortably see patients of all ages, primarily adults/seniors
- Handle an average daily patient census of 18-20 patients
- Manage appointment schedule with 40 min for new patients and 20 min for follow-up visits
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Unrestricted California State Medical License
- Current California DEA certificate
- EMR Proficient
Nice to Have
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
- 1+ year experience working in primary care
