Provide a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, physicians, and employees at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast. This role involves basic security services, investigations, personal protection, and emergency response.
Responsibilities
- Conduct non-routine inspections of the physical environment and surrounding property to identify areas for security improvement
- Report and investigate all security incidents involving patients, visitors, personnel, or property in a timely manner
- Respond to applicable hospital emergency codes and alarms
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff in a clear, concise, and positive manner
- Adhere to hospital and departmental personnel policies and procedures
