About This Role

Join a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service in plumbing. Diagnose and resolve common and diverse plumbing emergencies for residential clients, mentoring apprentices and utilizing conventional sewer machines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately
• Perform plumbing services, including water heater replacement and repair
• Replace fixtures such as faucets, tubs, showers, and toilets
• Perform drain cleaning
• Competently use conventional sewer machines
• Mentor Plumbing Apprentices

Requirements

• Current Texas Tradesman/Journeyman/Master Plumbing License
• Valid Texas Drivers License (5 years driving experience with clean driving record)
• Pass background check and drug screen
• A minimum of 3 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years residential service & repair experience

Nice to Have

• Leak Location and Repair experience
• Service Titan experience
