Plumber

About This Role

This Plumber role is responsible for the installation, diagnosis, repair, and general maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings. The position requires adherence to plumbing codes and safety standards, working as part of a team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, fittings, drainage systems, sewer systems, and appliances
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools including jet machine, power cutter, and threader
• Perform drain maintenance using snakes, augers, and hydrojetter
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in the ticketing system
• Perform appliance repairs as directed
• Complete End of Shift Inspections (EOS) ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Adhere to client’s safety regulations, legal restrictions, and building codes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English is highly recommended
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in cramped spaces or at heights
• Must complete pre-employment background check
• Must complete pre-employment drug screen
• Must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience is preferred

Nice to Have

• Journeyman/Apprentice level candidates are preferred
