About This Role

This role is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of Physicians in multiple locations, focusing on sourcing, placement, and onboarding providers. The recruiter will also partner with stakeholders and expand relationships with residency and fellowship programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Physicians.
  • Partner with key stakeholders such as hospital leadership, human resources, and marketing to streamline implementation and process improvement.
  • Facilitate the sourcing, placement, and onboarding of providers within assigned specialties for CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic.
  • Organize itineraries and attend interviews as needed.
  • Work with the compensation team to ensure competitive salaries and negotiate letters of intent and employment agreements.
  • Attend nationwide specialty-specific conferences to gather physician leads.
  • Achieve quarterly recruitment targets and document activity.
  • Work with ministry Physician Recruiters to update dashboard reports weekly.
  • Update posted positions on a monthly basis.
  • Utilize job boards such as Practice Match, Practice Link, and CareerMD.
  • Assist providers with the credentialing process.
  • Work and submit expense reports as needed.
  • Engage with Residency and Fellowship programs in New Mexico, Texas, and Louisiana (External Relations).
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with residency programs to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residency and fellowship partners.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with academic and training institutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work up to 40 hours per week
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous physician recruiting experience
  • Minimum of one year's experience in recruiting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s preferred
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in recruiting, with prior physician recruiting experience required and healthcare professional recruiting preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in recruiting Healthcare Professionals
