Join a patient-focused primary care team providing comprehensive family medicine services at Trinity Mountain Medical Clinic. See patients of all ages for preventive care, specific conditions, and acute illnesses, helping to coordinate their wellness and illness management within a medical home model.
Responsibilities
- Provide ambulatory family medicine care to patients of all ages
- Offer preventive care and treatment for specific conditions or acute illnesses
- Promote the concept of a medical home, coordinating care for wellness and illness
- Provide women’s health services including obstetrics and family planning
- Perform annual exams and provide immunizations for children and adults
- Manage disease conditions
- Participate in newborn nursery duties, pediatric call, and cesarean section assisting
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician
