About This Role

Provide compassionate in-home care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Nurse Apprentice, performing a dual role of mobile phlebotomy and aide duties, while working semi-autonomously under the guidance of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful clinical care outside the traditional healthcare setting
• Perform mobile phlebotomy duties through partnership with the Lab Department
• Provide aide duties in community and home settings
• Adapt to changing environments and weather conditions
• Manage time effectively and maintain organization
• Utilize technology skills for patient care
• Handle on-call, weekend, and rotating holiday responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 6 months of related experience
• Current CNA certification in the state of practice or a Nurse Apprentice letter
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Comfort working semi-autonomously
• Use of a personal vehicle or fleet car
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and weather conditions
• Strong organization, time management, and technology skills

Qualifications

• No minimum education required
• At least 6 months of related experience (minimum for internship)
