Provide compassionate in-home care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Nurse Apprentice, performing a dual role of mobile phlebotomy and aide duties, while working semi-autonomously under the guidance of a team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver meaningful clinical care outside the traditional healthcare setting
- Perform mobile phlebotomy duties through partnership with the Lab Department
- Provide aide duties in community and home settings
- Adapt to changing environments and weather conditions
- Manage time effectively and maintain organization
- Utilize technology skills for patient care
- Handle on-call, weekend, and rotating holiday responsibilities
Requirements
- At least 6 months of related experience
- Current CNA certification in the state of practice or a Nurse Apprentice letter
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Comfort working semi-autonomously
- Use of a personal vehicle or fleet car
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and weather conditions
- Strong organization, time management, and technology skills

- At least 6 months of related experience (minimum for internship)
